Nick’s life in wine began at the age of seventeen when he started out as a cellar hand.

Moving quickly up the ranks to winemaker, he’s been sharing his skills and knowledge with the

Australian wine industry ever since.

In his time, Nick has gained invaluable experience working three vintages in Spain

to gather intelligence on Spanish grape varieties and winemaking techniques.

Now he works his magic for Cat Amongst The Pigeons where his philosophy focuses on respect for process,
